Focus, Strategize and Priortize

Change can be overwhelming, exciting but also stressful. Use the 80/20 rule (The Pareto Principle) and work on the habits that have the most damage, first. Build around the good habits and break down the bad ones by slowing, stopping, and eventually replacing them. Go at your own pace and do not be discouraged by broken streaks, withdrawals, and eventual mishaps.
